KAGOME BEST MANUFACTURING PRACTICES

Food Safety and Quality are at the heart of what we do at Kagome. We strive to continuously fine tune our processes and learn from our mistakes. Kagome leverages our global presence to share best practices from our facilities around the world. In 2018, Kagome’s Global Quality Assurance Team launched an initiative to collect best practices from our facilities around the world. What came from it was a set of identified practices that were standardized across our global facilities. These standards are known as “Kagome Best Manufacturing Practices (KBMP)”.

Every year, Kagome Quality Leaders from around the world come together to synergize and share learnings. This opportunity allows us to broaden our knowledge around potential risks in Food Safety and Quality. It allows us to stay proactive in finding better ways to do things and become more predictive in the industry.
