BBQ BACON CHEESEBURGER

Featuring Kagome BBQ Sauce

4 each (930g) – Ground Beef/Meatless Patty
2 cups (454g) – Kagome BBQ Sauce
4 each – Cheddar Cheese, sliced
8 slices (16oz) – Bacon, thick cut cooked
1 cups (60g) – Fried Onions
½ bunch (225g) – Green Leaf Lettuce
1 medium (180g) – Beefsteak Tomato, sliced
4 each – Hamburger Buns
4 tablespoons (60g) – Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the grill to 450°F-500°F (232°C-260°C). Place patties on the grill over direct heat. Before cooking is complete, brush patties on both sides with Kagome BBQ Sauce. Butter the insides of all the buns and set them on the grill over indirect heat to be toasted. When you have at least 1-minute left of cooking the burger patty, place a slice of cheese on top and let the cheese melt. Once desired doneness is achieved, remove patties and buns off the grill.
  2. Assemble burger. Open hamburger bun and place cooked burger patty on the bottom portion of the bun. Top with bacon, fried onions, tomato and lettuce. Add more Kagome BBQ Sauce if desired.
